Guarantees.
All our frames have a one year guarantee and all our prints are accompanied by a ‘Lifetime’ guarantee. Saltmarshe Ltd offers the original ‘registered’ owner a Lifetime Guarantee* on the inks and paper used in the printing of editions. If, under due care**, the ink in the print fades, Saltmarshe Ltd will replace the print at our discretion. Should you ever need to use the guarantee, send us the print, a copy of this certificate and your details.
* As indicated by Wilhelm Imaging Research Inc. and subject to Saltmarshe Ltd owning the right to reproduce the image at the time of replacement.

30-Day Guarantee.
All orders placed with Saltmarshe are subject to a 30-Day Guarantee. If you are unhappy with the product and you inform us within the 30 days, we will exchange the goods or give a refund
Gift Vouchers.
You can buy Saltmarshe Gift vouchers online, at one of our shops, or by phone on 02920 657585. They are available in multiples of £5, £10, £20 or £50 and can be dispatched to any UK postcode together with a card and gift message.
We offer a three month gift exchange policy, starting from the date of purchase, on same-size prints given as gifts only. The exchange is on the print only, must be like-for-like in shape and must be accompanied by proof of purchase date.
Refund Policy.
We do not give refunds but will exchange items to the same value up to 28 days after purchase, as long as the items are in perfect condition and seals on packaging have not been opened. Frames which have been chosen by the customer to frame a print, and are thus used, cannot be refunded. We are however, happy to replace the print and reframe.
Returns Policy.
We must be notified by email or by phone of any damaged goods, within three days of delivery. You will be issued with a returns number and a replacement and collection organised within fourteen days.

Delivery Options.
Standard delivery (three to four days) on all prints and small frames. Larger items will be sent by UK courier and will require a signature on receipt. All international orders will be notified of a delivery charge prior to invoice and dispatch. Alternatively, you can buy online and collect from our Cardiff outlet.
